Cozumel

Around this time last year, we made the decision to go on a mission trip with our church to an orphanage in Cozumel, Mexico called Ciudad de Angeles (City of Angels).  What an appropriate name, as these children truly were angels.  We had two teams: Clay was on the work team which completed some painting and repairs and I was on the VBS team that worked with the kids on Bible lessons and studying English (aka there was a guys team and a girls team!).  Both teams came together in the afternoons and evenings to go on outings and perform service projects with the kids.  It was an incredible experience!  We came back renewed and refreshed, and also with a new perspective on things.  Enjoy the pictures of these adorable children whose lives we hopefully touched in some small way and who definitely touched ours in a big way!
